- Consolidated & Consumer-directed Services: These will allow families to develop custom plans or whole life services plan, to meet specific individual needs.
- Day and Employment Support Services: Support for adults to find meaningful employment and other activities during the day, including exploring the local community, skills training, job placement, and supervised work.
- Kinship Care Services: Shared Living Services intended for elders and chronically ill individuals who prefer to live with a relative (other than a spouse or adult child) who fulfills the role of Home Care Provider. Under Kinship Care services, the residence is not required to be licensed or certificated by the state. The placement will be approved and monitored by One Sky.
- Residential (Housing) Options: Staffed housing for individuals unable to live safely within the community without structure, individual goals, and peer support.
At this time, there are no specific target dates for establishment of these services. One Sky began offering its own service choices, in addition to the services it contracts out to vendors, in 2007. These choices are Shared Living Services and Transition Services. One Sky is one of ten regional area agencies in New Hampshire that provide services to persons with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders.
