The Board of Directors of One Sky seeks a new Executive Director. Qualified candidates will have at least six years of senior management experience, at least two in developmental services, with the demonstrated ability to lead a large, complex organization. The Executive Director will have vision and inspire confidence in a time of change and uncertainty while assuring positive outcomes for those we serve.   Must have extensive knowledge of short and long-term strategic planning, business management, building relationships, and administration. Excellent communication skills are required. A master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business Management, Human Services or a related field is required.

One Sky, a private not-for-profit corporation, is designated by the State of NH to provide services and supports to people with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders to live as valued and participating members of their communities. Two hundred staff and fifteen subcontracted agencies provide services to over a thousand individuals and families. In operation since 1983, funding of $21M is primarily from federal and state sources.

Full time position for an energetic and flexible individual to assist families of individuals with developmental disabilities access state and federal benefits and provide service coordination to families of children with developmental disabilities ages 9-13. Strong interpersonal, computer and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years case management experience expected. Knowledge of community resources and networks in Rockingham county a plus.

This is a 40 hour per week salaried position with an hourly equivalent of $16.22/hour. We offer generous earned time and great benefits. Auto insurance, driver and criminal background checks and TB test are required.


A family in the Hampton Falls area seeks a part-time Personal Caregiver to work with a teenage girl with developmental disabilities afternoon hours (typically 4-7:30pm). Looking for someone reliable, energetic and fun-loving who enjoys swimming and being outdoors. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.  Looking to fill this position beginning in mid-August.

We offer generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate of $15.00 an hour. Position requires employer paid driver and criminal background checks and TB test. Good driving record, reliable auto and insurance.

DSP Raymond – female staff needed M-F 11:30–2:30, various clients & hours/week

Respite Provider – Portsmouth

DSP to provide respite 10 hours a week with a young man with an intellectual disability and mental health issues. He enjoys star gazing, gem stones, playing cards and board games. Prefer someone with background in mental health and developmental disabilities, able to work a flexible schedule. Associates degree preferred.

Community Participation Services – Exeter, Epping, Dover

Guide, teach and support young adults with developmental disabilities to develop skills for employment and being part of their local communities. Daytime weekdays, 15-25 hours a week. Requires TB test, clean driver and criminal background checks.


Part-time DSPs – GROUP HOME in Newmarket

Residents  require personal care and wheelchair transfers. Seek applicants with background in providing day programs, CNA or LNA experience with a strong belief in supporting self-determination. $.50 an hour shift differential for working overnights and weekends.  Shifts available: Wed. 11p-7a awake shift; Fri. 7a-3p;  Sun. 7a – 3 p. Requires vehicle, auto insurance, TB test, and clean driver and criminal background checks.


One Sky Futures seeks experienced staff for 5- 30 hours a week to assist young adults to transition from high school into the work place. Mon- Fri between the hours of 8 am – 4 pm.   Looking for someone with background in job coaching and teaching life skills that is able to be flexible in working with individuals with a variety of disabilities and schedules.  Associates degree or higher preferred.  Rate of pay depends on experience. Requires vehicle, auto insurance, TB test, and clean driver and criminal background checks.


Provide one-on-one, community-based support to a female in her twenties who is affected by a developmental disability. Currently living with parents, with living on her own a future goal, she needs assistance in independent living skills, including grocery shopping, cooking and budgeting. Looking for a DSP who will make a positive connection with her to promote healthy social skills and friendship.

Hours are 4 days per week in 6 hour increments. Days are flexible depending on her obtaining employment. Current schedule is Monday-Thursday.
Pickups and drop offs in Nottingham. Travel in and around the area required. A travel stipend of $10/day is provided.

Clean criminal and driving records, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

HOME PROVIDERS – Northern Rockingham County

One Sky Futures seeks people interested in opening up their homes to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with aspects of daily living such as shopping, exercise and cooking. Compensation is in the form of a monthly stipend. Minimum monthly documentation required.

HOME PROVIDER – Nottingham

Make a difference in someone’s life, while working out of your own home. Unique opportunity to rent a home and receive generous stipend to support young woman who lives there, who has Williams Syndrome. She is friendly, empathetic and social, wants to please and be an active part of her community. She is quite independent, loves horseback riding, gardening and fishing. Because she has an intellectual disability and complex emotional needs, experience supporting individuals with behavioral and mental health challenges is required. Three bedroom ranch has been well maintained, with several acres of land and a horse barn. $1600/month rental from current Home Care Provider. Ideal situation for couple or single woman. No children or small pets; medium/large dog okay. Non smokers only please. Home Care Providers are contracted and receive a tax-free stipend, respite, training, clinical support and 24 hour emergency on-call services. Must go through comprehensive screening process and have clean criminal and motor vehicle record checks, reliable transportation and auto insurance. The home will be certified by the state.
