Our private non-profit organization serves 24 cities and towns in the seacoast region of New Hampshire. We’re part of a statewide system that provides and arranges supports for children, adults and their families. Our staff of 200 works to assist people in northern Rockingham County to reach their full potential, by providing service coordination and family support services. Through our Futures programs we provide trusted direct supports for high school transition, education, employment, residential and community services. Further program choices are available from 17 agencies that subcontract with One Sky.

Energetic, flexible professional to assist individuals and families of individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders to gain access to area agency services, state and federal benefits and provide service coordination to families of children with developmental disabilities ages 9-13.

Strong interpersonal, computer and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years case management experience expected. Knowledge of community resources and networks in Rockingham county a plus.

This is a 40 hour per week salaried position with an hourly equivalent of $16.22/hour. We offer generous earned time and benefits.


Beginning AUGUST 17th 2015: Private caregiver needed to provide support to a 43 yr. old man with developmental disabilities in his family home.  Two days a week – ten hours total – Monday and Friday 10am-3pm.

Responsibilities include: assisting with communication, daily living skills, meal prep, and light personal care.
Nursing background with up-to-date CPR and First Aid required. Medication Certification training provided.
Driving record must meet State and company standards. Must pass background check.
Three references required. Nice family!

6 hrs. Saturday and 6 hrs. Sunday – Twin children. Back-up to primary staff. Must be mature and energetic to work with two children with autism to assist with self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and community activities.
You will work with one child on Saturday mornings (9:00am-12:00pm) and Sunday afternoons (12:00pm-3:00pm); and the other child on Saturday afternoons (12:00pm-3:00pm) and Sunday mornings (9:00am-12:00pm).
You must be available 8/15 & 16 and 8/22 & 23.

Seeking DSP to partner with a very capable young woman who strives for a life of well-being, independence, and productivity. Individual desires someone who “gets” autism, loves animals, is not afraid of dogs, will allow and encourage her independence, has a good and “earthy” sense of humor, is easy-going, and isn’t an “excessive talker.”  Individual participates in activities between Stratham and Derry, NH. Mondays and Fridays: 6 hrs/day with gas stipend. Young man with Autism needs assistance 4 hrs/day, Monday – Friday. He loves music and swimming. Previous experience with autism and challenging behavior required.


Be part of a small team supporting a 24 year old man working toward independence after a Traumatic Brain Injury.  You will be required to assist in personal care and therapeutic exercises in his home. LNA or CNA experience preferred.

Immediate positions available for both full-time and part-time shifts:  The shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, which  can be combined for 24 hour shifts.  In addition to providing personal care and therapeutic exercises, you will assist in participating in community activities.  You must have experience working with people with quadriplegia, using hoyer lifts, standers, and providing transportation in a wheelchair van safely.

 We are looking for a person who is physically able to perform these duties, likes to be active, and has an engaging and enthusiastic personality.  Ideally, our candidate(s) will have the ability to work closely with the family and be flexible as well as possess clear boundaries and limits.


Guide, teach and support a young man with developmental disabilities. Male LNA preferred for personal care.

GROUP HOME DSPs NEEDED – ON CALL PER DIEM –  North Hampton & Newmarket

Work with people with physical disabilities and behavioral challenges. Seeking someone experienced with personal care for individuals with quadriplegia, using Hoyer lift, wheelchair lift and tie downs in a handicapped van, communication devices and standers.

Must be available for all shifts; 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 $13/hr

Full-time shift in Newmarket:

Sat & Sun 3p-11p; Tues, Wed & Fri 7a-3p This position offers a 50 cent/hour shift differential for working overnights and weekends.

HOME PROVIDERSNorthern Rockingham County

One Sky Futures seeks homes to serve as residences for people with a variety of challenges in their lives. Responsibilities include assisting with aspects of daily living such as shopping, exercise and cooking. Compensation is in the form of a monthly stipend. Minimum monthly documentation required. This position grows into a way of life as the individuals, ideally, become part of your family. It’s an opportunity to enhance your and someone else’s quality of life. Currently we need several homes in the Stratham/Portsmouth/Raymond area for individuals of various ages and disabilities.

We welcome community-minded individuals to join One Sky’s volunteer Board of Directors when our numbers fall below twelve. Meetings are held from 5-7 in the evening, on the second Monday of the month,10 times a year (light supper served) at our Portsmouth office. We should have twelve members on our Board. Volunteers must reside in upper Rockingham county.

One Sky Community Services is a New Hampshire private not-for-profit corporation, one of ten Area Agencies designated by the state for the purposes of planning, creating and maintaining a comprehensive service delivery system intended to maximize the community integration, growth and independence of people with developmental disabilities in the 24 cities and towns of upper Rockingham County. We provide some services directly, and also provide funding to agencies such as the Richie McFarland Children’s Center, Easter Seals, Great Bay Services, and Living Innovations.
