Emphasis on facilitating the development and monitoring of a service plan to meet individuals’ interests and needs. Strong interpersonal, computer and organizational skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years case management experience a must.
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
One Sky seeks a talented primary contact specialist to greet visitors and callers at our busy Portsmouth office.
The Front Desk Coordinator manages an automated multi-line phone system, screening and referring calls, taking and distributing messages to staff through voice mail or e-mail. This position is also responsible for processing both incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies, filing and typing for various departments. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are required for all work tasks. The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to demonstrate patience in understanding the spoken communications of clients and strive to assist clients in connecting with the appropriate staff member.
This position requires good organizational and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential for performance of all tasks. The maintenance of confidential information is an essential responsibility of this position. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are required. Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
This is a full-time 40 hour a week position - Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30, with an hourly rate of $11.50. We offer generous earned time and benefits. Proof of auto insurance, driver and criminal background checks and TB test will be completed upon hire.
PERSONAL CAREGIVER – HAMPTON FALLS
A family in the Hampton Falls area seeks a part-time Personal Caregiver to work with a teenage girl with developmental disabilities afternoon hours (typically 4-7:30pm). Looking for someone reliable, energetic and fun-loving who enjoys swimming and being outdoors. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Looking to fill this position beginning in mid-August.
We offer generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate of $15.00 an hour. Position requires employer paid driver and criminal background checks and TB test. Good driving record, reliable auto and insurance.

REHABILITATIVE ASSISTANTS – EPPING/RAYMOND AREA
One Sky Futures seeks experienced staff for 5- 30 hours a week to assist young adults to transition from high school into the work place. Mon- Fri between the hours of 8 am - 4 pm. Looking for someone with background in job coaching and teaching life skills that is able to be flexible in working with individuals with a variety of disabilities and schedules. Associates degree or higher preferred. Rate of pay depends on experience. Requires vehicle, auto insurance, TB test, and clean driver and criminal background checks.
FAMILY - DIRECTED DSP - Hampton
Seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, creative and compassionate person to provide one-on-one home and community-based supports to a non-verbal 28-yr old male with developmental disabilities. Must have effective, sensitive communication skills to build rapport and channels of communication. Ability to take initiative in facilitating both employment and community involvement and integration. Actively participate in a health/fitness program which includes swimming.
Ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work with minimal supervision, have experience providing direct support, and able to adapt to changing environments. Part-time position, 5-6 hours/day, Sun-Thurs.
High school degree or equivalent required. Must have valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, and auto insurance (including liability). Criminal and motor vehicle record check also required. Serious inquiries only.

One Sky Futures seeks people interested in opening up their homes to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with aspects of daily living such as shopping, exercise and cooking. Compensation is in the form of a monthly stipend. Minimum monthly documentation required.
