One Sky seeks an energetic and flexible professional to advocate and coordinate Participant Directed Managed services for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders who live in the Seacoast area. Emphasis on facilitating the development and monitoring of a service plan and budget development to meet individuals' interests and needs. Strong interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills are essential, including knowledge of Excel. Bachelor's degree and 3 years case management experience a must.
ADMIN SUPPORT TO EDUCATIONAL & EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - PART-TIME
One Sky Futures seeks part-time (10 hrs/wk) energetic, self-motivated, flexible team player to join our busy team. Desired applicant will be organized, have a strong customer service focus and work well independently as well as part of an integrated team. Must be able to multi-task and adapt to ever-changing duties, which include scanning, filing, data entry, tracking of state-required information. Must be able to meet strict deadlines. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm required. Previous experience in general office support preferred.

Female staff, 20 hrs/wk
DSP – Northwood/Strafford Area
Female DSP to work with one or two young adults. Strong communication skills and firm boundaries are necessary. Approximately 27 hours/week, Mon-Fri, between 8:30-4:00 (hours may vary). Generous mileage reimbursement. TB test, driver and criminal background checks are required.
DSP – Portsmouth
DSP to provide respite 10 hours a week, $13/hour, with a young man with an intellectual disability and mental health issues. He enjoys star gazing, gem stones, playing cards and board games. Looking for someone with background in mental health and developmental disabilities and is able to work a flexible schedule. Associates degree preferred.
Generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate of $13 a hour. Requires TB test, driver and criminal background checks.
DSPs – Epping/Raymond area
Female staff person for a young woman to work 12 hrs/wk (M&F).
Three young adult males need staff with previous behavioral experience for various weekday shifts.
All positions require TB test, driver and criminal background checks.
DSP – Lee Area
Work part time in a new program for a young woman with Borderline Personality Disorder and Developmental Disability. Must have experience providing behavioral support with a calm consistent approach. Day Program hours Wed, Thurs. Fri. from 9 am- 3 pm, Monday – Friday 3 pm – 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am – 5 pm. Assist her to work, volunteer and support her with the skills to live an active, healthy life. Looking for someone with background in developmental disabilities and mental health.
Generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate starting at $12.00. Requires TB test, driver and criminal background checks.
Group Home DSPs – North Hampton/Newmarket
Group Home residents require personal care and wheelchair transfers. Requires registered and inspected vehicle and auto insurance (including liability). Criminal and motor vehicle record check also required. M,T,W& Th 11p-7a shift,
W & F – 11p-7a asleep shift, Sat & Sun – 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts.
FAMILY - DIRECTED DSP - HAMPTON
Seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, creative and compassionate person to provide one-on-one home and community-based supports to a non-verbal 28-yr old male with developmental disabilities. Must have effective, sensitive communication skills to build rapport and channels of communication. Ability to take initiative in facilitating both employment and community involvement and integration. Actively participate in a health/fitness program which includes swimming.
Ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work with minimal supervision, have experience providing direct support, and able to adapt to changing environments. Part-time position, 5-6 hours/day, Sun-Thurs.
High school degree or equivalent required. Must have valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, and auto insurance (including liability). Criminal and motor vehicle record check also required. Serious inquiries only.
PART-TIME PERSONAL CAREGIVER IN HAMPTON FALLS
A family in the Hampton Falls area seeks a part-time Personal Caregiver to work with a teenage girl with developmental disabilities in the afternoon (typically 4-7:30pm). Looking for someone reliable, energetic and fun-loving who enjoys swimming and being outdoors. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
We offer generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate of $15.00 an hour. Position requires employer-paid driver and criminal background checks and TB test. Good driving record, inspected reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.

One Sky Futures seeks people interested in opening up their homes to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with aspects of daily living such as shopping, exercise and cooking. Compensation is in the form of a monthly stipend. Minimum monthly documentation required.
