ONE ON ONE DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
One Sky seeks one-on-one DSP for a female in her 20s with a developmental disability. She lives on her own and needs assistance with independent living skills, including grocery shopping, cooking and budgeting.
4 hrs/day, 3 days/wk, days are flexible. Travel in & around the area is required, with $5 travel stipend per day.
Clean criminal and driving records, valid & current driver's license and auto insurance and reliable transportation are required.
NURSE TRAINER – PART TIME
One Sky Futures is seeking a part-time, Nurse Trainer for our staffed residences. Must be a Registered Nurse able to practice in New Hampshire with at least 2 years of experience in Developmental Disabilities and/or Acquired Brain Disorders.
Responsibilities include training and delegation of tasks that relate to individual’s health care to staff and oversight to monitor the health and services of 7 people living in two staffed homes. This position includes training 20 staff people, medication administration training and nursing oversight of programs, state certification and compliance related tasks relevant to HE-M 1201 and 24 hour on call.
Flexibility is crucial as the responsibilities of this position are based on the needs of the individuals. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as are well-developed organizational skills. Experience providing training is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with people with disabilities is preferred. Must provide own transportation to service sites.
This is a 10-20 hour week (part-time) contracted position, liability insurance, auto insurance, driver, BEAS Registry and criminal background checks are required.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - FULL & PART-TIME
One Sky Futures has multiple immediate positions available for Direct Support Professionals. DSPs assist individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders to live full lives in their homes and communities. Previous experience in human services preferred. Positions will require employer-paid driving, criminal background checks and TB test. Inspected, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance are required.

Exeter - female client needs female staff person. Requires transfers for wheelchair. 20/hrs/wk (M-F 9:30-1:30)
Raymond - female student needs female staff person who is comfortable with personal care. 15 hrs/wk (9:30-12:30)
Raymond - young female client needs female staff person. Requires firm boundaries and ability to manage challenging behaviors. 30 hrs/wk (M-F)
Northwood - two young men prefer male staff person. 12 hrs/wk (Tues & Wed or Fri)
Portsmouth & Seabrook - two men need DSP with previous mental health experience.
Epping - female client needs female staff person. 12 hrs/wk (M & F)

FAMILY SUPPORT RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Part time position for an energetic, flexible person to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and other Family Support Team members to identify and help access community services and resources. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, written and organizational skills, be fluent in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, have comprehensive knowledge of developmental disabilities under the age of 21, and family support networks. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience a must.
Other duties include, but are not limited to: timely preparation of statistical data, quality assurance and event coordination. Requires ability to work independently, as part of a team and interact effectively with a variety of family styles. Knowledge of community resources and networks in Rockingham county and surrounding communities a plus.
This is an exempt, 20 hour a week position with annual salary equivalent to $16,868.00, prorated earned time (ETO) and holidays.
PART-TIME PERSONAL CAREGIVER IN HAMPTON FALLS
A family in the Hampton Falls area seeks a part-time Personal Caregiver to work with a teenage girl with developmental disabilities in the afternoon (typically 4-7:30pm). Looking for someone reliable, energetic and fun-loving who enjoys swimming and being outdoors. Experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
We offer generous mileage reimbursement with hourly rate of $15.00 an hour. Position requires employer-paid driver and criminal background checks and TB test. Good driving record, inspected reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities include assisting with aspects of daily living such as shopping, exercise and cooking. Compensation is in the form of a monthly stipend. Minimum monthly documentation required.
